Joe Magno
Coach Joe Magno has been the owner of a well established baseball camp for over 20 years, conducting over 800 camps and 20,000 private lessons. He is a former college baseball coach, a former Associate Scout for the Cincinnati Reds, and a former bench coach for the former Western Minor League Champions, Long Beach’s Breakers. Along with his own expertise, Coach Magno provides a highly skilled staff to assist in both the coaching and camp experiences.
Curt Lee
Assistant head coach, Curt Lee, has conducted over 900 private lessons and has assisted in over 400 camps. Coach Lee is former Long Beach State Dirtbag team member and has most recently competed as a Northern League Player with the Sioux City Explorers
Carl Nichols
7 year player with the Houston Astros , joined our staff in 1999. Carl brings a zen like style to his instruction and his desire to teach and love for his students are evident every day he steps onto the field. Carl, one of the directors of the Major League Training Center, has assisted Mister Baseball for almost 10 years.
Mike Gallo
Peppy!!!!! Left handed pitcher for the Houston Astros for 6 years. Mike worked with Joe prior to his Major League career. Mike rejoins Joe and bring his amazing personality and experience back to Mister Baseball. Mike a a big hearted man that truly loves to teach children.
Other Staff
Together, Coaches Magno and Lee oversee a professional staff consisting largely of Long Beach Breakers’ championship players, trained to reinforce the techniques unique to Mr. Baseball Training Camps.
